Thank you for your interest in our product and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for up to 30 days from the purchase date. In order to qualify for a refund, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in UNUSED condition and in the original package. USED PRODUCTS are not eligible for a refund. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee applied to each return. The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to us.
If you receive a defective unit, remember that all Haze vaporizers are covered under a 10-Year Limited Warranty. You can send the unit back to us and we will repair or replace it at no charge as far as the defect is covered under our Warranty Policy. - Fill out the form and ship the unit back to us with the instructions provided
